Women's Urban Survival Programs are run by Samurai Karate International across all dojos in Melbourne with all donations to support White Ribbon's campaign to stop violence against women. This course will not only teach you how to survive should you find yourself in a dangerous situation, but also how to avoid getting into these situations in the first place.

Facilitated by Sensei Paul Mitchell, 8th Dan Hanshi and World Chief Instructor of Samurai Karate International. Sensei Paul has been running free self defence courses for over 33 years in Australia for women. You will be taken through practical safety techniques for every day situations such as travelling on public transport, approaching your car in a car park and simply walking down the street. You will also be taught simple effective techniques to physically defend yourself should you need to.
